Make An Egg And Cheese Sandwich

Many people skip breakfast all together because they don't feel like cooking in the morning. There are plenty of easy dishes that you can make that are both tasty and filling. An egg and cheese sandwich is about as simple as it gets. Here is make an egg and cheese sandwich.

Instructions

1. Break the eggs and place the whites and yolks into a small bowl. Add about half of a cup of milk to the bowl. Mix the two together so that the substance thins out.

2. Place the mixture into a pan and put the pan on your stove. Turn the stove burner on to medium so that the eggs don't burn.

3. Using a fork or spatula, spread the substance around the pan, eventually scrambling the eggs. While doing this, you can add salt, pepper or other spices or sauce if you wish to do so. Continue scrambling the eggs until there is no longer liquid in the substance.

4. Keep the eggs warm and place two pieces of bread in a toaster. Toast the bread however you wish. Once the bread has finished toasting, remove the bread from the toaster and place a slice of cheese on both pieces of bread.

5. Put the eggs on one of the pieces of bread. Depending on how many eggs you choose, the eggs may spill off of the bread. Place the other piece of toasted bread on top of the eggs with the side of bread with the cheese on it touching the eggs. If you want to melt the cheese more, turn your stove back on and put the sandwich on your pan for about two minutes on both side. You can also put the sandwich in your microwave for about 30 seconds.
