Make Low Calorie Cole Slaw

Low-calorie cole slaw may be low in fat, but it's high in crunch and flavor. The addition of healthy carrots, green peppers and radishes make it a colorful addition to any meal. Top the cole slaw with tangy, low-calorie dressing.

1. Toss the shredded cabbage together with the shredded carrots, diced green pepper, diced onion, sliced radishes and diced jicama together in a large salad bowl.

2. Add the tangy cole slaw dressing and stir it throughly to coat all of the vegetables.
