1. Visit a local food cooperative to find roseroot. I don't mean Whole Foods, which is not a cooperative so much as a health food store. Call first and ask if the cooperative has Siberian Rhodiola Rosea in stock before venturing out.
2. Look for roseroot in the condiments or vitamins section of the cooperative. Roseroot is likely to be found near these areas of the store.
3. Ask an employee to help you or look for roseroot under "rooseroot" if you don't see Siberian Rhodiola Rosea written on any bottles. You will probably be able to find it as an oil, powder or pill. Decide which kind you want, what brand you prefer and how much you want to pay for it.
4. Order from the Internet if there is a need. If you call the cooperative and learn that it does not sell any roseroot or if it is sold out, you can always find it online. This purchase method may take longer and can be a little less reliable.
5. Search on websites such as www.vitacost.com, www.therootofthematter.ca, and www.iherb.com. It is pretty easy to use these sites to purchase capsules or extracts.
