4. Decide if you want to pursue the Chili's Franchise opportunity if you receive the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular back from the parent corporation.
5. Arrange for the necessary funding needed for the by contacting a third party lender.
6. Contact a lawyer that specializes in franchise law if you decide to move forward with the franchise opportunity.
