Open A Chili'S Restaurant

If you think you may want to open a Chili's Restaurant there are many decisions and considerations that you will have to make. Chili's is a family style restaurant with a moderately priced menu of steaks, burgers, ribs and chicken among their offerings. To become a franchise owner it is necessary to meet all of the requirements of Brinker International, the parent corporation.

Instructions

1. Talk to other Chili's Restaurant owners to see if the franchise opportunity is one that you would be interested in learning about.

2. Send Brinker International your personal information by completing the Franchise Information Form located at the Brinker International website. (See link in Resources.)

3. Wait for Brinker International to send you a Uniform Franchise Offering Circular. The company will send the Offering Circular once they have received your personal and financial information and are interested in continuing further discussions with you.

4. Decide if you want to pursue the Chili's Franchise opportunity if you receive the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular back from the parent corporation.

5. Arrange for the necessary funding needed for the franchise opportunity by contacting a third party lender.

6. Contact a lawyer that specializes in franchise law if you decide to move forward with the franchise opportunity.
