The Best Way To Rid A Yard Of Gophers & Moles

Gophers and moles tend to have catastrophic effects on gardens and lawns. There are all sorts of methods available to get rid of these pests, but most of them are not only deadly to the animals but painful as well. Things like gas bombs and poison pellets aren't necessary when you know a way to completely remove all the gophers and moles from your yard using a simple, natural method. Using castor oil is a generally new technique that provides a quality finished product: no pests.

Instructions

1. Sprinkle an even coating of caster oil granules in your yard in the areas that have suffered the most damage.

2. Cover the rest of the yard with the granules. Leave a large path-shaped area uncovered that leads out of the yard.

3. Water the granules with a hose with a sprinkler attachment to make the flow gentler, so you just wet the granules instead of washing them away. The water will break the granules down to release a scent that strongly repels both gophers and moles. The uncovered areas in the yard will encourage the animals to run away.
