1. Marinate a 10 to 12 1b. beef brisket with one jar of brisket marinade overnight. You can buy it at any grocery store in the barbecue sauce aisle.

2. Discard the marinade the next day. Put the brisket on a pan and pour another jar of fresh brisket marinade over the brisket. Cover the meat with aluminum foil and bake in oven at 500 degrees Fahrenheit for an hour.

3. Turn off the heat and let meat remain in oven for an additional five hours. Do not open the oven door or the heat will escape.

4. Remove the brisket from the oven after five hours and let it sit for 30 minutes to cool down.

5. Slice the meat thinly into as many pieces as you can get.

6. Take a few slices of the brisket and chop it up as finely as you desire. Continue the process until all the meat is chopped.

7. Add your favorite barbecue sauce and mix well. Microwave for 30 seconds to warm it up.

8. Slice up some onions as a condiment to go with your beef sandwich.

9. Scoop the chopped beef onto a hamburger bun, put on your sliced onion and cover with the other half of the hamburger bun.

10. Serve on plate with fresh cut fruit, chips and a drink. Your yummy meal is ready.
