Instructions


1. Spare Ribs are a real treat as long as they are prepared correctly. I like my Ribs Crispy and Meaty, I have a recipe that I would like to share. First, it is best to buy lean Ribs with Bones. Boneless Spare Ribs tend to get dry after cooked. For some reason the price of Pork is down and you can purchase ribs for under $5 a pack.


2. It is best to boil the ribs in water for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove Ribs and drain any excess water. Next, place oven at 400 degrees and place Ribs on a Baking Sheet or Pan. Bake for 30 minutes, remove from oven apply generous amount of BBQ sauce, and some Garlic Powder return to oven. Next, turn oven up to 500 degrees/ or Broil for 15 minutes, then turn Ribs to other side for an additional 15 minutes. Setting the oven at 500/ or Broil will make the Ribs crispy.








3. If Ribs look Crispy remove from oven, slice in to one of the Ribs to make sure meat is cooked through. Uncooked Pork can make you deathly ill. You can add additional BBQ sauce if desired.
