Blend a variety of delightful and delicious Hawaiian presentation options to serve an enjoyable and visually appealing tuna salad at a luau party.

Instructions

1. Use cupcake liners to fashion tuna salad sailboats. Place a small cracker at the base of a mini cupcake liner. Scoop a little tuna salad over the cracker. Set a tortilla chip vertically over the tuna salad to form the sail of a boat.

2. Prepare luau-themed sandwich shapes with the tuna salad. Fill the sandwiches with tuna salad. Cut attractive tropical fish, tropical fruit and palm tree shapes with a tropical cookie cutter. Serve with avocado dips and tomato sauce.

3. Serve tuna salad on a bed of lettuce leaves. Prepare the tuna salad by mixing tuna chunks with mayonnaise, fruits, vegetables and nuts such as diced pineapple, apple, celery, cilantro and walnuts. Cover serving plates with lettuce leaves. Set the tuna salad on the lettuce leaves and serve.

4. Transform tuna salad into a dip. Mix a cup of fresh or canned shredded tuna with 2 tbsp. each of shredded coconut, dry pineapple and mango slices. Add 1/2 cup of mayonnaise. Toss well and serve as a dip along with dry banana chips.

5. Use pineapple, the ultimate tropical fruit to make an impressive tuna salad presentation. Create pineapple boats by slicing a fresh pineapple into halves. Scrape the fruit out from each half, and fill the hollow halves with tuna salad and serve.
