According to Fritolay, their Baked! potato crisp range is lower in fat than their original potato chip range because instead of being fried in oil, the crisps are baked in an oven. Lay's Baked! range includes barbecue, original, Parmesan & Tuscan herb, sour cream & onion and southwestern ranch flavors.

Lay's kettle cooked potato chips are crunchier than their original potato chips due to the way they are cooked. The potatoes are cut thicker than those used for original potato chips and they are cooked in small batches inside a kettle. Lay's kettle cooked potato chips come in harvest ranch, jalapeno, Maui onion, mesquite BBQ, original, reduced fat original, sea salt & cracked pepper, sea salt & vinegar and sharp cheddar flavors.

You can also purchase Lay's kettle cooked potato chips in a crinkle cut variety. These come in original and spice rubbed BBQ flavors.

STAX and Wavy Varieties

Lay's STAX potato crisps are sold in tubes rather than packets and stack one on top of the other. STAX potato crisps are available in cheddar, mesquite BBQ, original, ranch, salt & vinegar and sour cream & onion flavors. Lay's Wavy potato chips are similar to the original potato chip range but they have a crinkly texture rather than being flat. The Wavy range is available in au gratin, hickory barbecue, original and ranch flavors.
