Cook Fresh Tilapia

Tilapia has a very mild flavor, making it a perfect fish to try if you want to add more fish to your diet but do not like an overwhelming "fishy" taste. This fish makes an excellent canvas for your personal flavor preference. Depending on your mood and pantry stock, you could adapt tilapia to be served as a part of a Mexican, Mediterranean or Asian dinner. This easy recipe can be adapted to your tastes by changing the salad dressing used to pair with the rest of your dinner.

Instructions

1. Place the tilapia fillets in a bowl and pour the salad dressing over.

2. Let the tiliapia marinate in the salad dressing for 30 minutes.

3. Preheat the broiler of your oven on high.

4. Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper.

5. Pull the tilapia fillets from the marinade and place atop the parchment paper on the baking sheet.

6. Place under the broiler and broil for two to three minutes per side or until the fish is opaque and flakes (breaks apart) easily with a fork.
