Make A Bbq Chicken Burger

Chicken burgers are a healthy alternative to the classic ground beef version. But just because it's healthy doesn't mean that you have to sacrifice taste. Chicken burgers can be delicious if made the right way and BBQ is one way to guarantee that whatever you're cooking will taste amazing and be full of flavor.

Instructions

1. Dice about 1/4 cup of onion.

2. Flatten out about 6 ounces of ground chicken.

3. Sprinkle the diced onions on top of the flattened chicken. They'll help keep the burger tender and prevent it from drying out.

4. Add about a 1/4 tsp. of ground black pepper and garlic powder.

5. Roll the ground chicken into a ball and then form into a patty.

6. Start the grill and heat on medium.

7. Brush BBQ sauce on your chicken patty and add 1/4 tsp. of cumin, paprika, garlic powder and ground black pepper to both sides.

8. Add chicken patty to the grill and let cook.

9. Flip every two minutes, adding more BBQ sauce and spices each time until done. Meat is done when it is white and the juices run clear.
