Instructions

Make Chocolate Drizzled Pretzels

1. Place wax paper on a cookie sheet. This will keep the pretzels from sticking to the pan. It will also make for easier clean-up.

2. Place as many pretzels as will fit on the wax paper. Make sure the sides do not touch.

3. Slowly melt one bag of chocolate chips in a double broiler, stirring constantly. You can add 1 tsp. of shortening to this mixture.

4. Dip the wooden spoon in the chocolate, then carefully drizzle it in a random pattern over the pretzels. You can use as much or as little chocolate as suits you for this.

5. Allow the pretzels to cool. For best results, set the cookie sheet of chocolate-covered pretzels in the refrigerator for a few minutes. This will quickly harden the chocolate on the pretzels.
