Clean A Kirkland Signature Stainless Steel Cookware Set

Keep your stainless steel cookware clean and polished.

Kirkland Signature Stainless Steel Cookware comes in two presentations: a three-ply stainless steel over an aluminum core and a five-ply stainless steel over aluminum with a copper core. Both presentations have stainless steel interiors. The exterior of the cookware may be all stainless steel or stainless steel with copper clad bottoms. Both stainless steel and copper are uncomplicated to maintain.

Instructions

1. Wash your cookware in warm water.

Wash the cookware in warm, soapy water. Squirt a small amount of dish detergent on the sponge and scrub all the surfaces, top, bottom and sides, including the lid. Grease and food build up on cookware surfaces if not thoroughly cleaned after each use.

2. Use lemon juice to cut through mineral deposits.

Remove the spotty, white film caused by minerals in the water using a non-abrasive scrubber and lemon juice. Squeeze a tablespoon of lemon juice directly onto the cookware and scrub. Rinse with warm water.

3. Non-abrasive scrubbers work best on stainless steel.

Use a stainless steel cleaner-polisher for difficult stains or discoloration, especially on copper clad bottoms. Apply the cleanser powder to a damp scrubber. Rub gently. Too much pressure may scratch stainless steel or copper. Careful polishing will keep your cookware in "like new" condition.

4. Thorough drying keeps spotting to a minimum.

Rinse in warm water and dry thoroughly to avoid spotting.
