Make Bbq Meatballs

Barbecue meatballs make a great hot appetizer for a party. You can also make a meal by creating saucy meatball subs. Either way, it's a recipe your family and friends are sure to love and best of all, they are easy to make. Grab your crock-pot, all the ingredients and get started.

Instructions

1. Mix the uncooked ground meat, two eggs and breadcrumbs in a bowl.

2. Make the meatballs by taking a small spoonful of the meat mixture and rolling it between your hands to create a ball. You may opt to make larger, but fewer, meatballs rather than more of the smaller ones.

3. Place the meatballs on a greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the meatballs are fully cooked and golden brown.

4. Pour tomato sauce, barbecue sauce and optional Tabasco sauce into the crock-pot. Stir in the garlic, parsley and bay leaf.

5. Stir in the meatballs so that each one is fully coated by the barbecue sauce.

6. Cook the meatballs on a low setting for approximately 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
