Brazilian Restaurants In Salt Lake City

Traditional Brazilian cuisine reflects the influences of numerous countries such as Italy, Lebanon, Syria and Germany. Although the country's food is usually divided into five separate regions, most of Salt Lake City's Brazilian restaurants focus on a meat grilling technique, known as "churrasco." While the menus are largely meat-based, fruit and salad bars are available at the restaurants, as are a number of Brazilian fruit juices. Add this to my Recipe Box.

Rodizio Grill

The Rodizio Grill, located near the University of Utah and Salt Palace Convention Center, is a Brazilian steakhouse. The food is served buffet style, with salad bar-only options or "The Full Rodizio," which includes skewered meats sliced right at the table. Some of the restaurant's choices include Brazilian cheese bread, cinnamon bananas, collard greens with bacon, Brazilian black bean stew, pickled beet salad, grilled pork salad, bacon-wrapped turkey breast, Brazilian sausage, glazed pineapple and sirloin with garlic seasoning. Featuring patio dining and a dance floor, Rodizio Grill is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week.
