Make Creme Filled Cupcakes

Yummy chocolate creme filled cupcakes with chocolate icing.

Everyone loves cupcakes, even better when they're filled with creme. In this "how to" article, here is the easiest and fastest way to make delicious creme-filled cupcakes.

Instructions

Make Creme Filled Cupcakes

1. The first step is to get your cake mix batter ready. Depending on which brand you are using, most boxes call for three eggs, 1/3 cup of oil and 1 1/2 cup of water. Since we are using two boxes please be sure to double that amount. Stir until completely incorporated without any lumps.

2. Now get your cupcake pan ready. Be sure to grease the pan sparingly, you do not want the cupcakes sticking. II recommend using a ladle full of batter per each cupcake, this guarantees that each cupcake will be the same size and just the right size. Place inside a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, take out, allow to cool and repeat process until all cupcakes are made.

3. Now let's get the creme made and ready to go. Get your bag of powdered sugar out and place entire contents into bowl. Pour in 1/2 cup of water inside and whisk until powdered sugar is the consistency of icing. Fill up piping bag with icing. Now it's time to fill up the cupcakes.

4. Doing one at a time, grab a cupcake and turn it upside down. Insert piping bag tip into the bottom of the cupcake and squeeze gently until the creme has filled the inside of the cupcake. Do not squeeze too hard or it will break the cupcake into two. If this happens, just get another one and try again.

5. Once you have them all filled, ice the tops and place on a decorative plate for all to enjoy.
