Make Gluten Free Party Mix







Whether you've discovered you have a wheat allergy, or you're just trying to improve your overall health, you may have chosen at some point to go towards a gluten-free diet. Don't be scared, though - gluten free doesn't mean it has to taste bad, and there are a number of delicious snacks you can create. Here's make a tasty and healthy gluten-free party mix.

Make Gluten Free Party Mix


1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.








2. Combine cereals, pretzels, and salted peanuts in a large bowl. Melt the butter in your microwave, and mix in the seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until blended.


3. Pour melted butter mixture over the cereal and pretzel mix, stirring to mix well so that each piece is coated.


4. Spread mix on a cookie sheet, and place in the oven. Bake for an hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Remove from oven, pour mix out onto paper towels, and allow it to cool. Store in an airtight container.
