Make Jalapeno Pepper Cream Cheese Poppers







Whole Jalapeno Peppers


These jalapeno pepper cream cheese poppers are so quick and easy to prepare and they are incredibly delicious as well! I make jalapeno pepper cream cheese poppers at every opportunity.


During the cold weather months I make my jalapeno pepper cream cheese poppers indoors in the oven. In the warmer months, I absolutely love to pop a few on the B.B.Q grill, while grilling burgers. Anyway that you choose to prepare these jalapeno cream cheese poppers, they taste delicious!


Instructions


1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.


2. Mix the cream cheese and the finely chopped onions.


3. Slice the jalapeno peppers from top top to bottom. Remove and discard the jalapeno pepper seeds. Wash well.


4. Stuff the cleaned jalapeno pepper slice with the cream cheese mixture. Place one jalapeno slice on top of the other half and wrap the cream cheese stuffed jalapeno with a slice of bacon. Secure with a tooth pick. Repeat this process with the remaining jalapeno peppers.


5. Place the jalapeno pepper cream cheese poppers on a cookie sheet and bake for 30-45 minutes.
