Swedish
Instructions
1. Place a skillet on your stove.
2. Prick your sausages with a toothpick or sharp knife, making one prick every few inches, on all sides of the sausages. If you forget this, your potato sausages will burst while cooking.
3. Place the pricked sausages in your skillet. Turn the heat to medium and fry the sausages in the pan until they're golden.
4. Bake the sausages in a lidded skillet for half an hour at 300 degrees Fahrenheit, removing the lid halfway through so the meat can brown.
5. Simmer Swedish sausage in a pot of chicken stock for 45 minutes to one hour, until soft and cooked through.
