Label Water Bottles

Any event takes on a more polished look when there are customized water bottles for the occasion. They are often used for birthday parties, baby showers and anniversary celebrations. Having a personalized water bottle label shows how important an event is to you, as well as providing a keepsake for everyone who shared the event.

Instructions

1. Get enough water bottles for everyone attending your event. Most water bottles come with labels already attached. To get them off, soak the outside of the bottles in a tub of water until the labels soften. Scrape them off with a fingernail or a nail file.

2. Measure the circumference of the bottles. This will be size of your new label. You can either make a label that stretches around the entire bottle or one that goes only halfway around it. If you want a half label, cut the circumference measurement in half.

3. Feed the labels of the appropriate size into your printer. The labels should be waterproof and have an adhesive on the back of it.

4. Set up an MS Word or Open Office file with your chosen template. There are label templates available online, or you can design your own. Personalize your template with the name of the event, person or occasion and clip art or photo files to make them eyecatching and decorative.

5. Print out the labels and attach them to the bottles. Put them on straight for a professional appearance.
