Chinese cole Slaw Recipe


Here is my famous Chinese Cole Slaw Recipe. I make this for parties and potlucks in a gigantic bowl. I never have leftovers. Everyone LOVES this Chinese Cole Slaw Recipe. It's so easy, just try it.


Instructions


1. Chop the cabbage and scallions and place in a large bow.


2. Toast the almonds and sesame seeds in a skillet over high heat, for just a few minutes. Keep stirring so they don't burn. When the sesame seeds begin to pop, remove from heat and pour into a bowl to cool.


3. Open the pkg of Top Ramen Noodles. Remove the seasoning packet. With your hands, crumble the noodles until they are broken into small pieces.


At this point, the cabbage mix and the seed mix can be kept separate, to be mixed with the dressing later.


4. MAKE THE DRESSING: Place the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, Accent and Dark Sesame Oil in a bowl, blender or shaker. Mix well, until the salt and sugar are dissolved.


5. Toss everything together when ready to serve.
