3. Mix 2 cups of biscuit mix with approximately 2/3 cup of water in the mixing bowl. The dough should be stiff and easy to handle.
4. Pat balls of dough into rounds of dough about 1/2-inch thick and 2 to 3 inches in diameter. Place rounds onto a lightly greased skillet. Place the skillet on the campfire grill and allow biscuits to bake uncovered until done.
5. Gather branches roughly 1 inch in diameter. Wrap the ends of each stick in foil and then form balls of dough around the foil, roughly 3 inches long and 2 inches thick. Toast the biscuits over the bed of coals until golden brown. Slip off the branches and fill the cavity with your favorite filling.
