Make And Take A Salad To Work Everyday

Co-workers always stand in awe and amazement at the salads I eat every single day. They marvel that I actually have time to make such big, colorful salads. I tell them "You gotta have a system!" If you work this system I've perfected and make it fun, it's not hard to eat a fresh salad everyday. Read on to learn make and take a salad to work everyday.

Instructions

1. Wash all ingredients that need it--peppers, tomatoes and broccoli. Let broccoli dry thoroughly.

2. Cut up peppers into bite-sized chunks. Bag them up.

3. Cut up broccoli into bite-sized florets. Bag them up.

4. Separate grape or cherry tomatoes into a bag for each workday. If you're using other larger types of tomatoes, you may want to cut them into large chunks and bag them, or keep the tomatoes whole.

5. Assemble the salad. Before you leave for work, get your bowl and grab a handful or two of lettuce and/or spinach. Grab a handful of peppers, a handful of broccoli and a handful of shredded carrots and add to the bowl. Grab your bag of tomatoes and a bottle of salad dressing and put it all in your lunch bag.
