Make Fabulous Toasted Ham & Cheese Sandwiches

Make ham and cheese sandwiches from your dinner leftovers.

If you've served ham for an Easter or other holiday dinner, you may have a refrigerator full of honey ham leftovers. But you should have no problem using the leftover meat in omelets, soups and of course sandwiches. With the right bread, cheese and a few household ingredients, you'll be able to build tasty sandwiches for lunch.

Instructions

1. Gather your ingredients together.

2. Slice the snowflake rolls in half. Use three to four slices of ham and two slices of the cooper cheese per roll.

3. Spread butter on the top half of the roll. Add the 1/2 tsp. of horseradish to the bottom half. You can use horseradish sauce instead of the straight horseradish.

4. Wrap each sandwich in tin foil and place into a 350-degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve immediately. Toasted ham and cheese is always best when served right from the oven.
