Make Easy Desserts Using Graham Crackers

Graham crackers are a tasty addition to anything you pair them with. Commonly associated with being a key component of s'mores, graham crackers can also be crumbled and used as a pie crust. This recipe describes make a graham cracker crust and fill it with a banana split. It is a refreshing dessert that can be ready in a matter of minutes using ingredients that you typically have in your kitchen.


Instructions


1. Crumble the graham crackers in a food processor.


2. Melt a stick of butter.


3. Pour the graham cracker crumbs into a small mixing bowl. Slowly add the melted butter, combining the ingredients until they begin to stick together.


4. Spread the mixture in a pie plate. Press a fork or spoon into the crumbs to form a firm pie crust.


5. Mix the instant pudding according to the package directions, and allow it to firm.


6. Arrange banana slices on the bottom of the crust.


7. Spoon in the pudding, and spread it evenly over the banana slices.








8. Spread Cool Whip over the pudding, reserving a small amount for the topping.


9. Position sliced strawberries around the pie, and drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.


10. Add the dollop of reserved Cool Whip, and top it with the cherry.
