Serve Dessert Wine With Chocolate

3. Consider different types of wine with different types of chocolate. The wine you serve with chocolate should be as sweet or maybe even a bit sweeter than the chocolate itself.


4. Have an informal wine and chocolate tasting. Wine tasting is truly a personal experience. It is also one that is perfected with practice. Purchase several different dessert wines and different types of chocolates. See which ones you and your friends prefer paired together.


5. Enjoy the wine and chocolate. This is a hard match, but once it is made, it will be wonderful. Enjoying a good dessert wine is an experience not to be missed.


6. Keep a dessert wine diary. Many people find this to be very useful when trying different wines. Take notes on your likes and dislikes of certain wines.
