1. Inspect the walleye pike fillets and remove any bones you see.
2. Heat the frying pan over medium high heat.
3. Add the oil to the pan, swirling the pan to coat the bottom.
4. Place the walleye pike fillets into the pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
5. Turn the fish with a spatula and cook on the bottom for 4 to 5 minutes or until the fish turns opaque and flakes.

7. Heat the grill to medium heat.
8. Coat the walleye pike fillets on both sides with the vegetable oil and place into the grilling basket.
