Make Bread With A Bosch

A Bosch brand bread mixer does all of the hard work of kneading bread for the best results and all you have to do is control the speed of the mixing. The Bosch mixer has a 700 watt motor to give maximum power, and also produces quality bread dough in the shortest amount of time. Before using your Bosch mixer you will need to create your mixture of bread dough.

Instructions

1. Pour 3 cups of warm water into a large bowl. Add 2 tbsp. yeast and 1/3 cup of sugar to the bowl.

2. Let the mixture sit for five minutes, and then add 1/3 cup of vegetable oil, 3 tsp. salt and 9 cups of flour. Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon.

3. Add the mixture to the batch holder of your Botch mixer. Start with 7 cups of the mixture to be safe and make sure the dough is kneaded properly. You can add more dough during the process.

4. Knead on a setting of one or two for five to seven minutes. Continue the process for a few minutes longer if you need to add more dough.

5. Spray your loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.

6. Take the dough out of the mixer and place it in the greased loaf pans. Let the bread rise for 30 to 40 minutes. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees before the bread is done rising.

7. Bake the dough in your oven for 30 to 35 minutes while monitoring the bread. Let the bread cool for a half hour before cutting into or eating.
