Make Graham Cracker Smores Inside

S'mores are traditionally made around a campfire. The fire toasts the marshmallow to a golden brown color, making them crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside. Combining the toasted marshmallow with chocolate and graham creates a sweet, chewy, but crispy cookie sandwich. There's no need to wait until the next camping trip to enjoy s'mores. Make them anytime indoors. Use your oven instead of a campfire to create this toasty chocolate treat.

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Move the oven rack up to the top position.

2. Arrange graham crackers on baking sheet. Leave a half-inch of space between each cracker.

3. Set a piece of chocolate on top each cracker. Top the chocolate with a full-size marshmallow.

4. Set the baking sheet on the top rack in the preheated oven. Bake for 3 minutes.

5. Remove the s'mores from the oven. Place a second graham crack on top the marshmallow. Push down lightly so the sandwich sticks together. Serve warm.
