Strawberry Spinach & Bacon Salad

Strawberries are rich in vitamin C.


If you're looking for a refreshing recipe that is rich in vitamin C, vitamin A and fiber, consider making a strawberry, spinach and bacon salad. This type of salad can be served as an appetizer, a side dish or a main course. You can make a strawberry, spinach and bacon salad relatively quickly and easily. Instructions


1. Fry the bacon strips until crispy. Drain the bacon and allow it to cool. crumble it and set it aside.








2. Mix the sugar, olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise and onion in a small bowl to make the dressing for the salad.


3. Rinse the spinach. Pat it dry between paper towels and tear it into bite-sized pieces.


4. Rinse the strawberries. Hull and slice them.


5. Place the strawberries and spinach in a large glass bowl. Mix gently.


6. Drizzle the dressing over the spinach and strawberries.


7. Top the salad with the bacon and sunflower seeds just before serving.
