Best way to remove Cabot SPF Stain from the deck

I have put on Cabot SPF stain on my deck 2 years ago. It is peeling. What is the best way to take it off? I bought stripper from the Home Depot and it did not do the job. Could you please recommend the stripper that will work? How did you use the stripper? Do you know why the stain is peeling? Normally deck stains wear away rather than peel. Stronger strippers are available, I usually ask the rep at my local paint store which one will work best for the job at hand. Why not contact Cabot and ask? How come a company makes a stain but doesn't supply the customer with a stripper to remove it for the future? I have 500 sq ft deck. I have been sanding for days and still 10-15% is left and cannot remove it. There is a good selection of different types of strippers on the market. I assume Cabot decided to use their resources developing a decent stain at a decent price and leave the removal products to someone else. Personally I'd have looked for a more effective stripper and kept the sanding to a minimum I bought 2-3 kinds of strippers and none of them works on this product! Cabot recommends sanding. Almost finished sanding the deck. Were they all deck strippers? over were any of the paint and varnish remover? the latter is a lot stronger than typical deck strippers.
